About Erika
Erika R. Moore is an international speaker, teacher, facilitator, coach, and artists providing freelancers and artists the structure they need to thrive in the changing economic landscape.
Erika has over ten years of experience managing artists, including herself, producing shows and programming for world-renowned performing artists. She has taught university and K - 12 courses on creativity, dance, and the business of the arts. Erika's signature talk, The Art of Leadership, has been presented to over 5,000 students at the Women's Leadership Form in Hunan, China, and small group settings throughout the U.S.
Her earnest desire is to see artists equipped with the financial and business acumen they need to thrive in their industries. She accomplishes this by providing a creative approach to leadership and development training, her free mindset and money webinars, and feedback sessions booked as a certified facilitator with the Critical Response Process.
The cultivation of her programs stems from her lived and learned experiences. She obtained a degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, with a certificate in Youth Development and Leadership as well as a Master's of Fine Arts in Dance.
"The Degree's matter, but it's those hard lessons that got me to the point to make a change for myself and dedicating my life to helping others make the mental switch that I did. I hope that the term starving or struggling artists no longer exists and that artists and freelancers everywhere, are equipped with practical knowledge and steps needed to take their financial and business lives to the next level."
Erika shares tips on her personal Facebook and Instagram page as well as her life excursions.
"See it, believe it, become it" is a motto she lives by.
"To expect others to do it, I must do it as well."
"Being public, honest and, vulnerable is one way of getting the message out there".
MAKE THE SWITCH!
Align your purpose, passion, and skills organizationally and financially with one on one coaching

You've taught me what it means to connect my personal story with academic and intellectual being - for so long I had a weird relationship with sharing personally, but you showed and taught me what it looks like to own where you come from. You've taught me how I can, with practice, take a step back and find the bigger question that exists in the room. Instead of following whatever tunnel I'm in, you show me what it looks like to step out.
