Erika R. Moore, MFA, is an artist, researcher, educator, and organizational strategist whose work sits at the intersection of culture, health, and human connection. She is an Assistant Professor in the Center for Arts in Medicine at the University of Florida, where her research explores social prescribing, social connection, human performance, and the changing role of technology in arts and health. Her work is grounded in a longstanding interest in how the environments we create, artistic, organizational, and social, shape how people experience themselves and one another.

Over a 15+ year career, Erika has moved between studios, universities, cultural institutions, communities, and global organizations. Before joining the University of Florida, she led organizational culture work at David Zwirner across five international offices and held leadership and program roles at New York University and Arizona State University. Her independent work has brought her into organizations including Google, Plaid, Creative Capital, MASS MoCA, and the New York City Department of Education, and her teaching and facilitation have taken her internationally, including work supported by the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.
